Santa Margherita Ligure

Navigazione: 0 m.

A privileged destination and heart of the Tigullio nightlife, it is the starting point of all our boat excursions.

Always split between its two villages Pescino and Corte, Santa Margherita had to wait for Napoleon Bonapare in 1813 to merge its identities int one. Later, the annexation of Liguria to the Kingdom of Sardinia gave "Santa" the definitive name that the town still bears today.

All our boat excursions start right from the harbour of Santa Margherita, whether you have hired a skipper or you have decided to pilot the rental boat yourself.

Heading west, you will immediately happen upon Paraggi and then Portofino, waiting for you hidden in the green of the sea and the mountains; continuing on, towards and past San Fruttuoso, you'll find yourself in Golfo Paradiso, with Camogli only a few minutes away.

To the east you will find Rapallo, Zoagli, Chiavari and then again Sestri Levante and the Cinque Terre (a long trip, for which we definitely recommend a skipper).

The nightlife, its fishing fleet, its port, its expensive houses and much more make Santa Margherita Ligure a privileged destination for those who want to look out to the relaxing sea of winter and the chaotic one of summer.
